1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when booking a coaching session or contacting us, such as your name and email address. We may also collect anonymised usage data to understand how visitors use this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching services, and improve the site experience. We do not sell your personal data. Apart from the advertising measurement described in Section 4, we do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics cookies.

4. Advertising & Conversion Tracking (Google Ads)

Some pages of this site include the Google Ads tag, operated by Google LLC. It helps us measure whether visitors who arrive from our Google ads go on to book a session (conversion tracking) and may be used to show more relevant ads (remarketing).

To do this, Google may set cookies in your browser (such as _gcl_aw) and collect information about your visit, including the pages you view and identifiers associated with the ad you clicked. If you book a session after clicking one of our ads, we may also share a hashed (unreadable) version of the email address you used to book with Google to improve conversion measurement ("enhanced conversions"). Google processes this data in accordance with its own policies — see How Google uses cookies in advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google's My Ad Center, and you can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to use this site or book a session.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
